RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If your order is defective or incorrect, please email our Customer Solutions Team (see Contact Info) within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Returns are usually allowed within 30 days for Defects only.  Since returns and refunds require a case-by-case analysis and possible contact with our strategic partners, the more information you have about the issue, the more easily you can help to resolve it.  To expedite your request, please include the following information in your email: 

- Name on Order
- Order Number
- Date of Order
- A detailed description of the problem
- Several photos illustrating the issue

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, incorrect shipping address, or ordering errors.  Please review your orders carefully before placing them. 

Due to the nature of Sale, Clearance, Custom, Personalized, Engraved or Made-to-order items, these items are not eligible to return or refund. 

Once an order is paid and made that order can no longer be cancelled.

Shipped orders in transit are ineligible to be cancelled.  Priority and Expedited shipping costs are ineligible for refunds. 

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, please understand we have to rely on the tracking number.  For undelivered items, we would require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office when requesting a replacement.  Once a review is complete and the claim ID has been validated, a replacement will be sent. 

We will provide a RMA# to be referenced for any approved returns.  Customer will pay for return shipping costs.  You must receive a RMA# from us before shipping any returns.  Return address is You Make It Special LLC, 2000 Mallory Lane, Suite 130-229, Franklin, Tennessee 37067, United States.  

All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return.
